You've arrived here from a contact form on a website built and maintained by BizPinPro. This page explains what happens to the information you submit through that form. It does not replace that business's own privacy policy, if it has one, which governs how the business itself uses your information once it's delivered to them.
BizPinPro is a web development and digital presence management service owned and operated by Dwayne Weaver, based in Dublin, Virginia. We build and maintain the website you submitted this form on, and we operate the mail delivery system that routes contact form submissions from that site to the business.
When you submit a contact form on a site we built, we collect:
This information is used solely to deliver your message to the business you contacted and to protect the delivery system from spam and abuse.
Before a submission is delivered, it passes through automated checks: a rate limit on how many messages can be sent from one IP address in a short period, a blocklist of known spam senders, and an AI spam classifier. For that last check, the subject and message text of your submission are sent to Anthropic's API, which returns a spam/not-spam judgment. Anthropic does not receive your name, email, phone number, or IP address as part of this check, and we do not retain any response from Anthropic beyond that judgment.
Once a submission clears these checks, it is sent to the business through SMTP2GO, our email delivery provider. Your name and email address are included in that delivery so the business can respond to you. Governed by SMTP2GO's privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or give away your information to any third party, with one exception: if we are compelled to do so by a valid court order, subpoena, or other legally enforceable legal process. Beyond the business you contacted, and the Anthropic and SMTP2GO services described above, your submission is not shared with anyone else.
A record of each submission, including delivery status and the checks it passed or failed, is kept on our systems for troubleshooting and abuse prevention. This log is retained for as long as necessary for those purposes. If you would like a submission removed from this log, contact us at the details below and we will honor that request.
The systems that process and log these submissions run on secured private servers accessible only to BizPinPro. We take reasonable technical precautions to protect this data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
