BizPinPro website lead notifications are text messages sent by BizPinPro to the owner of a business whose website BizPinPro builds and hosts. When someone submits the contact form on that business's website, the owner receives a text with the sender's name, their phone number or email address, and the first line of their message. The full message is delivered by email as it always has been. The text is a heads-up, not a replacement.
These messages go only to BizPinPro hosting clients who have asked for them. We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we do not text the people who fill out the forms.
A client signs in to the BizPinPro client portal at bizpinpro.com/client/, enters the mobile number that should receive notifications, and turns the setting on. We send one confirmation text to that number. Notifications start when the client replies YES (or START) to that text. Entering a number in the portal without replying YES does not start the messages.
One text per contact form submission on the client's website. Frequency depends on how many inquiries the site receives, from none in a quiet week to several in a day for a busy business.
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by the client's mobile carrier under the client's own plan. BizPinPro does not charge for the notifications themselves.
Reply STOP to any notification and the messages end. You will receive one final text confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You can also turn the setting off in the client portal at any time. To start again, reply START or turn the setting back on in the portal and confirm with YES.

Messages are sent through Telnyx on a registered 10DLC number. Participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on the carrier's network and the handset, and BizPinPro cannot guarantee that every notification arrives.
The mobile number you provide is used only to send these notifications. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See the BizPinPro Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date.
