Why It Exists
A contact form is the one place a website asks for something back, and it is also the first thing bots find. A form that emails the owner directly hands them two problems at once: a stack of pitches and link-building offers, and no way to tell whether a message that went missing was ever sent. VuLead was built so that one shared relay handles delivery and filtering for every site, and so that a fix made for one client reaches all of them at the same time. The name means seeing the leads without everything else in the way.
What It Does
The form on a site hands each message to VuLead server to server; the site never touches a mail server itself. VuLead checks the message in a fixed order: known abusive connections, a hidden field a person never sees, header cleaning, blocklists of addresses and phone numbers (including ones written to dodge filters), throwaway email domains, a sender who was just blocked and tries again, rate limits per site and per connection, and finally an AI review of the message text that holds back marketing pitches while staying lenient on short notes from real customers. If the AI review is unavailable the message is delivered, so an outage never costs a lead. A message that clears the layers is delivered with the customer's own address as the reply address and a plain footer that names where to forward it if it turns out to be spam.
Shared Defense
Because every BizPinPro site uses the same relay, a sender who hits several sites with the same pitch is recognized across all of them, even when they change their email address and their connection. One block protects the whole portfolio, and the sender gets a single warning that repeat activity is reviewed.
How Clients Use It
Clients see the messages that were delivered to them in their client portal, with spam held out of sight but kept. Their Upveyor traffic report shows Submit Attempts and Delivered as two numbers, so a gap between the button and the inbox is visible instead of silent. Every change to VuLead is recorded in plain language at vulead.com/updates.
The Foundation Connection
VuLead is one of the named systems BizPinPro runs alongside Upveyor: built for the sites it serves, run on infrastructure BizPinPro owns, and improved for every client at once rather than site by site.
