What is Upveyor?

Quick Definition
Upveyor is BizPinPro's self-built uptime monitoring, traffic analytics, and contact form attribution system. It runs on infrastructure BizPinPro owns and operates, with no data routed through third-party advertising networks. Every client with hosting through BizPinPro is monitored and reported on through Upveyor by default.

Why It Exists

Upveyor started as a fix for a specific technical problem. Database connections on some managed sites were going cold between visitors, meaning the next person to arrive would hit a delay while the connection reestablished itself. Rather than paying for a third-party service to watch for downtime from the outside with no visibility into the actual cause, building a monitoring system that understood the underlying problem was the more direct solution.

The analytics side was a separate, deliberate decision. Google Analytics routes visitor behavior through an advertising company's infrastructure, including a feature called Google Signals that most site owners have never heard of, built specifically to connect behavior across other sites and devices. Upveyor's analytics exist so that data stays with the business it belongs to instead of being fed into someone else's ecosystem.

What It Tracks

Uptime and response time, checked on a fixed schedule around the clock. Traffic data including which pages get visited, how a visitor arrived at the site, and what device and browser they used. Contact form attribution, connecting a submitted form back to the pages a visitor looked at beforehand, something Google Analytics does not surface cleanly.

How Clients Use It

Every BizPinPro hosting client has access to a portal showing their own site's uptime history and traffic in plain language, active from the day the site launches, with no separate account to configure and no dashboard to learn.

The Foundation Connection

A site nobody is actively watching can fail silently for weeks before anyone notices. Upveyor exists so that gap does not happen on a site BizPinPro manages. It is not a third-party tool bolted on after the fact. It is infrastructure built specifically to understand what it is watching, not just report that something went wrong after the fact.
